Psalm 139

Yesterday, I received this bible passage from one of my friends who are praying for and with us this cycle.  It is from Psalm 139 and I want to share this with you.  It is so appropriate after our transfer, and during our 2WW.

Psalm 139: 13 - 16 (New Living Translation)
13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
   Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.

  1. Thank you for sharing that passage! It reminded me of one...it took me a while to find:
Ecclesiastes 11:5 "As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother's womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things."

It's true that although our doctors can get us us so far with IUI, and in your case IVF with ICSI and DICSI...it is God, the Maker of all things who will breathe life into your little one in ways that are incomprehensible to us. I hope you find rest and peace in Him today!
